Profhilo Treatment

Profhilo is the first BDDE-free stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity.

With one of the highest concentrations of HA on the market (64mg / 2ml) it is not only boosting and hydrating the skin, but also remodels the ageing and sagging tissue.

Profhilo delivers great results as a treatment on its own or in combination with other aesthetics treatments currently on offer.

As a stabilised product Profhilo lasts in the skin around 28 days. During this time the stimulation of 4 different types of collagen and elastin takes place by slow release of HA.

The stimulation results in significant tissue improvement. Therefore we cannot say that Profhilo is a skin booster as it also has a significant tightening / lifting effect on the tissue.

Why Profhilo

Frequent Questions

Profhilo is especially effective at treating loose skin in the neck, cheek and jowls as well as other areas usually considered difficult to treat with injectable products, such as the:

Temples
Forehead
Hands
Upper arms

Such side effects will only be mild and redness will appear for some time such as erythema (redness), pain, itching, discolouration or tenderness at the injection site.

You should notice the results of the treatment – increased firmness, elasticity and an overall improved quality of your skin – lasting around six months.

However, other factors can affect the results, including the degree of correction needed, your age and lifestyle and your skin’s natural ageing process.

Not many people left to tell their personal stories. My mother and father met in the RAF my mum was from Plaistow in East London and my dad from Forfar in Scotland. You could say that under different circumstances their paths would never have crossed? My mother wore a wedding dress made of parachute silk and my father wore his uniform. They went on to have 3 children Ronnie died aged 10 months, Edward died aged 69 and me aged 64 and yes I’m still very much alive! Not an exceptional story just one I think that resonates with many of us whether it’s our parents or grandparents story it is part of the history that shaped us all!Jeannie
I’ve had clients contact me this morning regarding an article by the Daily Mail today speculating that certain businesses will not open for a further 6 months? Firstly, no one knows as yet what the government will do regarding easing social distancing measures? All we can do is stick to the advice that we have been given and in line with all other medical aesthetic clinics we have to remain closed until we are advised otherwise?Secondly, I am available for advice regarding skin care, any aesthetic questions and of course clients who I prescribe for. These are scary times and the measures in place are there to protect us all! It’s challenging both physically and mentally with days rolling into each other but do what you need to do to add structure and purpose to your days. Personally, I’m rubbish without the routine of running the clinic and have struggled to adapt to a slower pace of life. On a positive note my daughter is home from university and Marley the dog hasn’t had this much attention since his puppy days!Stay safe folks JeannieRochester House Clinic
Wishing everyone an uneventful Easter! Hope you are all staying safe and well physically and mentally? It’s hard not to see family at this time BUT we all know by now what that but means? No excuses folks .....I look forward to seeing you all again very soon 😘Jeannie xx
